Children are welcome at BDIA Dental Showcase under the supervision of their parent/guardian. Toddlers must be kept in their buggies whilst on the exhibition floor and on exhibition stands.

Exhibitors are not obligated to allow children onto their stand.

BDIA Dental Showcase reserves the right to refuse admission or to remove any person if there are any complaints or if we believe their presence may compromise the safety of themselves or others.

Children under 16 will also not be allowed into any BDIA Dental Showcase seminars. 

There are two Note ATMs near the west entrance of the venue by Costa and Panini Pronto, and another Note ATM in the centre of the boulevard between entrances S6 and N6. There are a Barclays and a Note ATM located on level 0 between N4 and S4. Should the in-venue ATMs run out of cash, there is also an ATM nearby at the Tesco Express.

One cloakroom is in the west end of the venue on level 0 by N4/S4 and one in the east end on level 0. The fee is £1 per item for coats and luggage - please be aware the Excel cannot store cameras, laptop equipment or any other electronic devices.

When registration is live please ensure you enter your correct GDC number which will allow us to allocate your CPD certificates post-event.

To ensure we correctly allocate CPD certificates we will scan your badge at the beginning of every conference session you attend. It is your responsibility to ensure your badge is scanned at the start of each session to ensure we have an accurate record of attendance.

If you attend more than one CPD-certified session you will receive multiple certificates sent to you through one link. Please ensure you click the link and enter your full name and GDC number. Please note you will only receive CPD for sessions you were scanned into. If you have any queries regarding this please get in touch with a member of the BDIA Dental Showcase team.

There are baby changing facilities on level 0 in both the male and female toilets in the boulevard. In the ICC area (the east end of the venue) the red blocks between S9/S10, N10/N11, the Prince Regent DLR east corridor and East Level 0, the baby change facilities are in the disabled toilets.

The family room can be found near S9. Inside there are two changing mats, chairs for use when breastfeeding, a microwave to heat up baby food and a bottle warmer. The room also contains a sink and toilet.

If you have lost something, please go to the security suite which is located by the west entrance down the stairs just after Costa. If you are no longer at the venue, please give the Excel Helpdesk a call on: +44(0) 207 069 4500 or email info@excel.london. 

If you have low battery charge, use one of the Excel charging points. ChargeBox mobile phone charging points for all major brands are at the east and west information desks.

Excel has numerous food and drink vendors offering Halal options including:

At Excel, there is free, fast WiFi which is suitable for browsing, social media, and email. When you arrive at the venue, you just need to sign in to 'Excel free Wi-Fi' using the standard login, or via LinkedIn, Facebook, or Twitter.
