Car
Parking is available on a first come, first served basis, using pay and display. If you are travelling to ExCeL London by road please use postcode E16 1XL to find us.
Underground & Overground
Elizabeth line (Custom House station), Underground and DLR (ExCeL can be accessed via two DLR stations: Custom House and Prince Regent), cable car or Uber Boat.
Cycling
ExCeL London has free to use cycle racks located at the west entrance taxi drop off point, underneath the DLR walkway. The cycle racks are also available near to the east entrance underneath the stairway connecting Level 0 to Level 1.

Boat
With some of the best views of the capital’s most popular landmarks including Big Ben, the London Eye, the Tower of London, St. Paul’s Cathedral and The O2, travelling on a river boat service offers a truly unique perspective on London. The route is serviced by Uber Boat by Thames Clippers; the fastest and most frequent boat fleet on the river with departures from major London piers every 20 minutes.
London Cable Car
The UK’s first urban cable car connects ExCeL London to The O2 and North Greenwich tube station. On the cable car, you can sit back, relax and enjoy stunning aerial views of London from 90m above the River Thames.
Children
Exhibitors are not obligated to allow children onto their stand.
BDIA Dental Showcase reserves the right to refuse admission or to remove any person if there are any complaints or if we believe their presence may compromise the safety of themselves or others.
Children under 16 will also not be allowed into any BDIA Dental Showcase seminars.
Cash machines
There are two Note ATMs near the west entrance of the venue by Costa and Panini Pronto, and another Note ATM in the centre of the boulevard between entrances S6 and N6. There are a Barclays and a Note ATM located on level 0 between N4 and S4. Should the in-venue ATMs run out of cash, there is also an ATM nearby at the Tesco Express.
Claiming CPD
When registration is live please ensure you enter your correct GDC number this will allow us to allocate your CPD certificates post event.
To ensure we correctly allocate CPD certificates we will be scan your badge at the beginning of every session. It is your responsibility to ensure your badge is scanned at the start of each session to ensure we have an accurate record of attendance.
If you attend more than one CPD certified session you will receive multiple certificates sent to you through one link. Please ensure you click the link and enter your full name and GDC number. Please note you will only receive CPD for sessions you were scanned into, if you have any queries regarding this please get in touch.
Disabled facilities

Family changing facilities
There are baby changing facilities on level 0 in both the male and female toilets in the boulevard. In the ICC area (the east end of the venue) the red blocks between S9/S10, N10/N11, the Prince Regent DLR east corridor and East Level 0, the baby change facilities are in the disabled toilets.
The family room can be found near S9. Inside there are two changing mats, chairs for use when breastfeeding, a microwave to heat up baby food and a bottle warmer. The room also contains a sink and toilet.
