Sam Jethwa

Dr Sam Jethwa is an award-winning cosmetic dentist, educator, and the 19th and youngest President of the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (BACD). As the founder of Bespoke Smile and the Bespoke Smile Academy, he brings 15 years of clinical experience to his work as a leading voice on both advanced aesthetic dentistry and oral-systemic health.

While widely recognised for pioneering minimally invasive cosmetic methodologies such as the Bespoke Smile Method, FeatherVeneers®, and live hand-sculpted Trial Smiles. Dr Jethwa is equally passionate about the critical intersection between oral biology and total-body wellness. He frequently lectures and contributes to national media on the role of the oral microbiome, exploring how chronic inflammation, and dental health serve as vital indicators and drivers of gut health, immunity, and chronic systemic conditions.

Dr Jethwa holds degrees from London and the Royal College of Surgeons (Edinburgh), alongside a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Education. Through the Bespoke Smile Academy, he dedicates much of his time to postgraduate mentorship, training the next generation of dentists to balance functional longevity, biological health, and aesthetic excellence.
