Andrew Hay

Andrew Hay is Chief Executive of the Oral Health Foundation, the UK's leading oral health charity. He leads the organisation's work to improve oral health through public education, evidence-based advocacy and partnership working. Before joining the charity, Andrew held senior leadership roles at the Co-op and Sainsbury's, where he developed extensive experience in organisational change, colleague engagement and leadership development. A Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, he has worked across operations, human resources, legal and governance functions, helping organisations adapt and thrive through change. Previously a Trustee of the Oral Health Foundation, Andrew is committed to strengthening the charity's role as a trusted, independent source of oral health information and ensuring the public and patient voice helps shape the future of oral health.
