BDIA Dental Showcase is thrilled to be collaborating with the Association of Dental Implantology (ADI) to deliver implant-specific education and a dedicated exhibition zone for 2025. ADI President, Dr Zaki Kanaan, shares what he feels are the greatest benefits to this partnership, which was ignited very successfully for the previous event:
“For ADI members and visitors to BDIA Dental Showcase, this collaboration means access to excellent dental implant education. It is also possible to find out about the latest products and equipment in implantology. The other advantage is the networking opportunities available. Events like BDIA Dental Showcase provide the backdrop for dental professionals to meet each other, to connect with potential mentors and to interact with the trade. This is the only event that some people attend, allowing them to meet likeminded colleagues.
“For the ADI, BDIA Dental Showcase is one of the biggest events in the dental calendar. In addition to the education and networking, it offers an ideal setting for the Association to cement its relationship with existing trade partners, as well as meet dental professional members and hopefully to connect with new ones. The dental arena is constantly changing and attending BDIA Dental Showcase allows us to stay at the forefront of the ever-changing dental scene.”
The ADI Implantology Theatre will host an array of seminars by renowned names in the field, covering a broad range of topics, techniques and technologies. There will be a wealth of information on offer, with practical advice on how to elevate the quality of patient care delivered. Speakers will also share useful insights into how their careers have progressed and how attendees may look to take the next steps in their own professional development. Zaki adds:
“One of the main tenets of the ADI is to educate the dental profession in the latest trends in dental implantology, helping the profession deliver safe and effective implant treatment to their patients. We hope to cover various aspects of implant treatment within the ADI Implantology Theatre, from basic to more complex cases, as well as discussing how to involve the whole dental team more.”
Demonstrating the calibre of the education on offer, Zaki will personally be presenting a seminar to share his expertise with attendees. About the lecture, he says:
“I will be covering immediate implants in the aesthetic zone and in the molar region, as well as customised healing abutments. The aim is to showcase how to provide immediate implants safely and predictably. I will also show that any tooth in the mouth can be immediately implanted and not just those in the aesthetic zone.”
