Sophia Morris

As a dentist, Sophia has worked in roles within GDP, Community and Secondary Care dentistry, with her current role being a Speciality Doctor in OMFS. Sophia is an alumni of the OCDO FMLM Leadership Fellowship program and has supported her leadership development through further training with a special focus on Inclusive Leadership. Having a strong motivation for closing the gap on equalities, she is a ICB Clinical Lead for Health Inequalities. Through her newly appointed role of Chair of Diversity In Dentistry Action Group she champions adoption of inclusive practices across dentistry.
