Sonita Koshal

Sonita Koshal is Associate Dental Dean for London and Kent, Surrey & Sussex within NHS England Workforce, Training and Education. She also serves as Clinical Lead and Consultant in Oral Surgery at the Eastman Dental Hospital, University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, and is Chair of the London Oral Surgery Managed Clinical Network.

In her role as Associate Dental Dean, Sonita heads national recruitment for Dental Core Training and leads key national workforce initiatives, including the upskilling of hospital dental SAS and Community Dental Officers, and the strategic redistribution of specialty training posts.
