Simon Gambold

Simon is a Leadership Coach providing support to Dentists to engage the teams they work with to drive the patient experience, practice productivity and long term, sustainable growth. Simon has had a long career in the dental industry, leading the UK Dental and Medical business of Henry Schein before joining their European leadership team. He is a graduate of the ambitious leadership programme at the Babson Business School at Harvard and a certified coach and member of the Association of Coaching. He is past president of the British Dental Industry Association, board member of the Federation of European Dental Manufacturers, past trustee of the British Dental Health Foundation, a founding trustee of the Heart Your Smile charity and an honorary fellow of the Alpha Omega Fraternity and the International College of Dentists.
