Preetee Hylton

Preetee Hylton is President of the British Association of Dental Nurses (BADN) and works full-time as a dental nurse and safeguarding lead at a private London practice. She delivers the NCFE CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Dental Nursing and is an Associate Examiner for the NEBDN. She also contributes to dental education as an editorial board member of the Dental Nursing Journal and as a published author in Dentistry, BDJ Team, Dental Therapy Update, and the Primary Dental Journal. A dynamic speaker, she presents on communication and negotiation skills, safeguarding, bullying and harassment (including sexual harassment), and domestic abuse awareness. Her previous roles include lead dental nurse, receptionist, practice manager, and clinical mentor. Her qualifications span dental nursing, radiography, teaching, oral health education, and vocational assessment. Her achievements include Best Dental Nurse awards (2020, 2021), a 2022 finalist position, and multiple judging and Top 50 recognitions (2023–2025).
