Natasha Hardicre

Natasha joined NHS England in 2022, having spent several years’ undertaking applied research and transformation work within the NHS, local government, and academia. Her portfolio of work has been varied but has always focused on understanding and improving health and care systems; exploring and improving patient experience and workforce wellbeing; and designing, implementing, and evaluating interventions/programmes of work. She has a particular interest in using systems-focused research, engagement, and implementation science to explore how organisations operate and how systems and people interact with one another, particularly to drive desired change and improve outcomes.
