Natalie Taylor
Dental Hygienist & Therapist and DCP NHS England Leadership Fellow 24/25
My career journey began in 2009 when I graduated with a BSc in Dental Hygiene and Therapy from the University of Birmingham. Following my graduation, I worked in General Dental Practice for 3 years before going to work within Community Dental Services in 2012. In 2015 I gained my Inhalation Sedation qualification through SAAD. My many years of work within Community Dental Services has given me extensive clinical experience working within a variety of patient workstreams and environments, including health centres, HM Prisons, dental mobiles and hospitals. More recently, I decided to pursue a pathway in leadership to aid my professional growth. In 2024 I gained an iLM Level 5 Diploma in Principles of Leadership and Management and I am currently completing an iLM Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership. In September 2024 I began a Leadership Fellow post for 12 months with NHS England based in the Midlands.
