Miranda Steeples

Miranda graduated from the University of Leeds in 2009 as a dental hygienist and therapist, and achieved her Master’s in 2020 from the University of Kent. She is the dental hygiene and therapy representative for the Council of the College of General Dentistry; Honorary Ambassador for the Mouth Cancer Foundation; Treasurer of the International Federation of Dental Hygienists; Immediate Past President of the British Society of Dental Hygiene and Therapy. Miranda enjoys working as a dental therapist, as a Dental Care Professional adviser for the Dental Defence Union, and in the role of Tutor Assessor for Apprentice Oral Health Practitioners.
