Helen Minnery

Helen qualified from Liverpool University Dental Hospital in 1992. She currently works in South Liverpool for 3 days a week where she has been a member of the team for 30 years. Helen presents both nationally and Internationally. Her subjects are dental Implants and their issues and also Periodontal disease its treatment especially through a team approach. In 2024 Helen’s paper “The role of Dental Hygienists and Dental Therapists in supportive peri-implant care” was published in the BDJ. She was also co author “Teamworking in Dentistry: the importance for dentists, dental hygienists and dental therapists to work effectively together” Published in the International journal of Dental Hygiene. She is also a Past President of the British Society of Dental Hygiene and Therapy (BSDHT).
