Emily Ellis

I started my career in 2015 when I gained my BTEC Extended Diploma in Dental Technology from Sheffield College. I then went on to gain my BSc in Dental Technology from Manchester Metropolitan University in 2018. After this, I attended University of Central Lancashire where I obtained my Diploma in Clinical Dental Technology, awarded through the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, in 2023.

Since then, I've worked in my family dental laboratory and clinic, carrying out both clinical and technical work; a place I have worked since leaving school.

In September, I embarked on my new journey - becoming the first Dental Technician and Clinical Dental Technician Leadership Fellow for NHS England based in the Midlands.
