Wayne Williams

Wayne has been an invited speaker to international conferences, clinical and academic institutions and has been part of education and lecturing programs in 31 countries. He is the founder of the International Association for Dental Anaesthesia (IADA) and has been a clinical advisor to medical and dental companies in the USA, Europe and South Africa. Wayne has held positions as the International Clinical director for Milestone Scientific Inc. (USA) and as a lead clinical specialist at practices in Harley Street and in the City of London. He has published scientific papers in numerous peer reviewed, international clinical and research journals and is a past recipient of the Colgate Prize for post graduate research. Wayne received his post-graduate specialist degree with distinction, he is owner and lead clinical specialist at smile2o, a private dental practice in Wokingham, Berkshire, UK established in 2004. Currently writing two books for publication, one as the author "The Art and Science of Modern Local Anaesthesia" and the other in collaboration with a legal colleague - "Negotiating - for Dentists and all those around us". Wayne was a member of the Steering committee of the recently formed BAPD (British Association of Private Dentistry) and continues to serve on the Communications committee.
