Alfonso Rao

He graduated from the University of Chieti in native Italy with distinction in 2007 – the youngest of his year group, aged just 23. Alfonso went on to work as an oral surgeon in Caserta, Napoli and Pescara until moving to the UK in 2009. He spent time working in practices in Lincoln, Bath and Cheltenham before making Bristol his permanent home. It was here Alfonso purchased his Queen Square Clinic, which he quickly expanded into an award-winning multi-clinic group before adding the Delta Training Academy to his business portfolio. Since graduation, Alfonso has continued training and professional development, completing a three-year Diploma in implant dentistry at London’s renowned Eastman Dental Institute and a Masters from the Global Institute for Dental Education in Los Angeles (2014). He is also a key opinion leader and brand ambassador for dental technology companies including Strauman, Geitlich, NSK and many more.
