BADN, the UK's professional association for dental nurses, was established in 1940 and membership is open to all dental nurses.  Full Membership (£45pa, £39pa <20 hours/week) is open to all Registered Dental Nurses; Student Associate (£15pa) to student/trainee DNs; and Associate (£40pa) to retired, former and overseas DNs - and also to non-clinical Practice Managers/Receptionists.

BADN members have access to the digital quarterly "British Dental Nurses' Journal" with free CPD; the CPD Portal; Coffee CatchUps (monthly, online networking/CPD events); the Legal Helpline; the Health & Wellness Hub with counselling/support helpline; dental nurse specific indemnity cover at special member price; Job Board; BADN app; members' area of website with information/advice; advice sheets and BADN Rewards - a wide range of special offers/discounts on holidays/travel, shopping, lifestyle, etc..

BADN represents the interests of DNs in discussions with  GDC, BDA, HMRC, other bonafide professional associations and other bodies relevant to dental nursing.
