Welcome to Gold for Kids

Gold For Kids collects and recycles the valuable waste metal generated by dental procedures, like crowns and bridges, to benefit the 4.5 million children living in poverty in the UK. It’s a stark figure and it’s increasing all the time as the cost of living crisis continues and more families find it impossible to make ends meet.

It is such a simple process! We collect gold crowns and old dental restorations from dental practices across the UK.

Dental practices donate their patients old crowns and fillings that contain precious metals like gold, silver and platinum to Gold For Kids. These metals are often found in dental crowns, fillings and other dental prosthetics.

We also collect old jewellery: A single ear-ring, a broken chain or bracelet, an old brooch. We also welcome donations of any unwanted or broken gold, silver, platinum or palladium jewellery!
