Alexandria (clinical): supervised full-arch surgery with guided/partially guided and freehand principles; grafting only when indicated

IOS-CBCT data fusion, pin geometry, and stack verification to avoid intra-op error

Tilt strategy, MUA mapping, primary stability tactics, and when not to load
