Bruxism - The SCi

The Sleep Clench Inhibitor (SCi), is an FDA-approved device designed to inhibit clenching by providing an anterior discluding element, reducing muscle activity in the temporalis and masseter muscles. The SCi is available in two versions: the lab-made SCi+, customized to patient specifications for optimal comfort and retention, and the Chairside SCi, which can be fabricated in-practice within approximately 20 minutes for immediate treatment. In addition to the SCi, we provide other splint options, including Michigan/Tanner splints, bite-raising appliances, and nightguards, catering to diverse patient needs. Our solutions are supported by clinical evidence and are designed to enhance patient outcomes in bruxism management. To further support dentists, we offer specialised seminars.
