Session Objectives: 

1. Identify clinical and non clinical career pathways available to dental care professionals.

2.  The benefits and drawbacks of each career route and how they can enhance your current and future opportunities.

3.  Examine the suite of development opportunities available to professionals providing care in general practice and the benefits of obtaining such qualifications for your practice and patients.

Inform attendees of the various career pathways available in both a clinical and non clinical careers as a dental care professional, outlining the merits and challenges associated with each route. Highlight opportunities available for growth and development as a dental care professional, open to the entire dental team.
