Dental Nursing Leadership and Decontamination Leads

Objectives: 
        1. Understand the basic principles of Leadership. 

        2. Identify the need to apply specific and varied leadership styles. 

        3. Discuss the importance of evidence-based practice and the need to work to nation specific guidance.  

Aims:  To provide an understanding of the value of engaging in a range of leadership skills in the context of Infection Prevention and Control and how these skills can change and better motivate and support those vital team members- the dental nurse.
