Objectives: 
        1. Identify different types of tough conversations and understand the factors that cause them. 

        2. Train and support their team to handle difficult interactions calmly, confidently, and professionally. 

        3. Use communication and observation techniques to respond appropriately in challenging situations. 

Aims:  By the end of the session, delegates will be able to identify triggers for tough conversations, apply effective communication techniques, and coach team members to respond professionally. They will also use reflection and feedback to reduce repeat issues and strengthen patient and team interactions.
