Objectives: 
        1. How to harvest a connective tissue graft with a low mobidity to the patient 

        2. When to utilise a CT graft at the time of implant placement 

        3. Tunneling techniques to improve older placed implants and improve their long term outcomes  

Aims:  The aim of lecture is to help clinicians to harvest a connective tissue graft simply and safely for the patient and the indications of when to place a CT graft at the time of implant placement and how a CT graft can help improve the long term prognosis too.
