The workforce of the future – how do we meet our patient’s expectations?

Given pressures facing the dental profession, it is imperative that we are training clinicians in the correct way and number. This applies to all dental team members, including those wishing to undertake further education and specialisation. An exploration of workforce trends will be presented followed by a panel discussion with the Midlands Leadership fellows who hold diverse roles within the profession and will be talking about their leadership development.
