Objectives:

  • Describe the HMR exemption legislation
  • Evaluate how different team members can work to their full scope of practice
  • Analyse how skill mix can be utilised with practice in line with the current guidance

Aims: To enable attendees to be informed of the recent changes to exemption legislation changes and what impact this will have on those colleagues. An explanation of how skill mix can be utilised within practice will be given, highlighting how members of the team can work to their full practice.
