Training the next generation – what do they want and need?

This session is designed for early career oral health professionals and those in current training schemes. It will be a forum enabling a two-way conversation exploring the hopes and expectations of those who have recently entered the profession. Speaking on the panel will be an accomplished array of professionals who have direct experience in training, representing and supporting the development and wellbeing of dental colleagues.

The Office of the Chief Dental Officer England will be seeking the views of those who will be most affected by the decisions we are making now on what matters most to them. We will also be outlining the pathways and tools available to those wanting to start contributing to the national dental conversation.
