Objectives: 
        1. Understand the current landscape and future opportunities available in regard to training the oral healthcare profession and career development 

        2. Recognise important topics which should be considered when developing the future oral healthcare team, such as skill mix and wellbeing 

        3. Have an awareness of how oral healthcare professionals can contribute to national discussions on workforce development  

Aims:  Provide a broad understanding of the current situation and aspirations regarding the training, career pathways and development of young oral healthcare professionals. Also how that may align with what is already happening via national bodies such as the OCDO e.g. advancements in skill mix and wellbeing initiatives supporting dental teams.
