Training the next generation – what do they want and need?

This session is designed for early career dentists, particularly Fellows, Foundation Dentists and those in current training schemes. It will be a forum with the Chief Dental Officer England to allow a bi-directional conversation: - The make up of the future dental workforce is a topic of current debate. The CDO England will be seeking the views of those who will be most affected by the decisions we are making now on what matters to them most. - We will also be outlining the pathways and tools available to those wanting to start contributing to the national dental conversation.
