Communication – the bridge between confusion and clarity

Objectives: 
        1. An understanding of the importance of communication in healthcare 

        2. An understanding of the impact of social media on health and well being 

        3. An understanding of patients' perspectives on communication 

Aims:  By the end of this session attendees will have an appreciation of the impact of social media on perceptions of oral health. They will also have the opportunity to hear a patient perspective on communication.
