Management of hard and soft tissues in complex defects

Objectives: 
        1. Identify and diagnose the need for major bone augmentation. 

        2. Discuss treatment planning and patient selection for major grafting procedures 

        3. Gain an overview of successful techniques for managing major defects such as the sausage technique 

Aims:  Review treatment plans for cases with severe hard and soft-tissue deficiencies.
