- To discuss the need for creating leadership opportunities for primary care clinicians and DCPs
- To provide an overview of the new positions on offer in the Midlands
- To give examples of projects being undertaken by current leadership fellows and skills they are developing
 

Aim : This session will give an overview of purpose, scope and future developments of Dental Leadership Fellow opportunities in the Midlands Region with NHS England (WT&E).
