Post Event Survey Competition Terms & Conditions

Eligibility: The prize draw is open to visitors who registered for the BDIA Dental Showcase 2023 and completed the post-event survey in its entirety. The prize draw includes attendees and non attendees but excludes exhibitors and contractors.

Entry Period: The entry period for the prize draw begins upon the completion of the post-event survey and ends on the date the survey's close (22nd April 2024).

Prize: The prize consists of a £150 voucher, redeemable at Harrods or Selfridges.

Entry: To enter the prize draw, participants must have registered as a visitor for BDIA Dental Showcase 2023 and completed the post-event survey provided by the organizer.

Entry Limitation: Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries from the same person will not be counted.

Winner Selection: The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The selection will be conducted by the organizer.

Notification: The winner will be notified via the contact information provided during registration or survey completion. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 1 week, an alternative winner may be selected.

Prize Redemption: The prize must be claimed within the timeframe specified in the notification communication. Failure to claim the prize within this period may result in forfeiture, and an alternative winner may be selected.

Publicity: By entering the prize draw, participants consent to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes related to the prize draw, without additional compensation.

No Purchase Necessary: No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win the prize draw.

General Conditions: The organizer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the prize draw at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. The organizer's decision regarding all aspects of the prize draw is final and binding.

Compliance: Participants agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with their participation in the prize draw.

Release: By participating in the prize draw, participants release the organizer and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising out of or related to participation in the prize draw or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
